Givenchy PLAY EDT

Description

Play is smooth and magnetic - a perfectly balanced concoction of elegance and hedonism. It centres around a woody scent from the Caribbean, which brings together warm and sensual tones in a fresh, sparkling composition that includes Vetiver and Citrus notes.
Play opens with Bergamot, Mandarin Orange, Bitter Orange and Grapefruit. Amyris Wood and Black Pepper add warmth in the heart notes. A duo of Vetiver and Patchouli in the base finishes off the fragrance conveying a distinguished masculinity. Mix with Play Intense to create a third fragrance and really begin to Play. Two fragrances in perfect tune with each other.

Weakest points
Longevity and projection are poor
Summary
Created by Emilie Coppermann and Lucas Sieuzac in 2008. The word to describe this fragrance is inoffensive (though some might argue for simple). That doesn't mean it's bad infact I quite like it but it does mean that there are no stand out features. The notes are Bitter orange, Grapefruit, Black pepper, Patchouli, Tobacco Flower Accord and Vetiver but I'd be hard pressed to say that I can identify any of them. The scent is pleaseant but doesn't stand out and I found the projection and longevity to be poor. Not bad for the money but not my first choice.
