The scent is off putting
Summary
You would expect a man and kin specific moisturiser to be a little different and to be fair this one from Baxter of California is... a little different. The scent is unique, somewhat astringent and in some ways not very nice (I think it's that first sniff because you actually get used to it pretty fast but it's off putting at first). The texture is heavy almost thick but even so it absorbs well and is nice to the touch. My skin isn't really oily so this is probably a little too much for me but even so it was quite nice in use and didn't overload my skin. You really only need a tiny amount of it so despite the £20 price tag (and given that you get 120 ml) it'll last a long time so it's quite good value. Not a definite favourite to nice.
