How to Apply Volumizng Mascara:
• Apply long-lasting mascara to eyelashes from root to tip.
• For fuller lashes, use the bristles at the top of the brush for bottom and hard to reach lashes.

This is fine for a budget mascara but I was worried about it smudging. It came with a good shape brush that coated all the lashes and got to the root.

Summary
I saw this described as a dupe for Glossier Lashslick, which is one of my favourite mascaras ever. Firstly, I realised that it is not a tubing mascara, which is what I almost exclusively wear as mascara always smudges on me. So it can't possibly be a dupe because the formula is dramatically different.
Next up Lashslick is a thin, rubber wand with short spikes and Lash it Loud is a larger, fat rubber wand with short spikes. So yes, this looked great when first applied but then smudged, so for me it's a fundamental fail.
