Apply foundation onto finger tips and smooth onto face and neck.

Summary
I really like this product. I have very dry skin and can't use a lot of foundations as they cling to dry patches. This is a serum foundation and is very easy to use and wear. I wouldn't say it is hydrating but it is very good. It has light coverage more like a skin tint.
