Directions
1. To start, shake up the Perfecting Skin Tint bottle. Next, gently squeeze the product onto the tips of your fingers or the palm of your hand.
2. Apply all over a freshly moisturized face and begin to blend upward and outward.
3. One layer will give skin sheer coverage, but you can build up to a light-medium coverage or address troublesome areas or spots by pairing with Stretch Concealer.

Yes
You are instructed to moisturise skin before use. Then I use 8-10 drops from the squeezy dropper bottle and apply the fingertips. It is very watery.
It gives a very very sheer coverage but adds glow and blur.
The packaging is excellent for travel.
