Long lasting strong water resistant semi permanent eyeliner colour that is so very easy to apply. The felt liner gives the eyes the dramatic look you desire. The rich black eyeliner is a must buy product for any handbag as its sold at a much lower price than comparable products. The colour stays until removed with the corrector or make up remover without smudging. The thin precision marker pen allows accurate application of thin or thick lines. The colour lasts for up to 24 hours.The felt tip nib can be reversed so it lasts twice as long. The colour can be removed with make up remover or the corrector pen.

Summary
StarGazer Semi Permanent Eyeliner has different shades mostly to be used for thematic parties like Helloween, but I bought a black one to use as a regular eyeliner. I expected rich and permanent colouring without any extra effort. The felt tip of the eyeliner has proven to be not as 'wet' as such things normally are and following several applications I had to swipe it across the edge of the eyelid multiple times to work out saturated black colour. The eyeliner has turned to be almost a one-use item since after 5th or 6th application it had completely dried out... I'd recommend to steer clear from this product despite its affordability, better to buy nice than to buy twice.
