This was one of those things that I picked up randomly when I was in Boots one time, possibly on offer. I wasn't in any particular need for a new eyeliner but just fancied something new. I hadn't read any reviews about this and not sure why I chose it over everything else but I'm glad I did.
I find this very easy to apply and it comes out as a strong black colour (not at all watery like I get with some felt tip liners) but the main benefit of this is just how long it lasts. It doesn't smudge at all and when I've been out all day it will still look as it did that morning, even if I've been rubbing my eyes (the joy of hayfever). There are times when I've been too lazy to take off my makeup and fell asleep wearing it, and in the morning it's still almost perfect.
I can't remember how long my first one lasted, but it was definitely a good few months. Possibly closer to half a year with almost daily use, and I'm now on my second one.
It's a definite repurchase product and my favourite liquid liner that I've tried.

Strongest points
Incredibly long lasting
Weakest points
A little harder to get a super thin line in comparison to others, but still not difficult. (was struggling to think of any weakness xD)

Strongest points
I bought this a few months ago and it still has not dried out yet which is kind of scary in a good way. It lasts all day without smearing all over the lid.
Weakest points
You can find cheaper eyeliners on the market.
Summary
Good eyeliner with a thin felt tip which is great for creating different kind of eyeliner styles.
