Summary
Deborah 24ore Extra Eyeliner Pen had been a nice eyeliner for approximately first 2.5 weeks, until it wasn't. Its felt tip had dried very quickly, and it was a trick to create a thin line. I had to shake it vigorously each time prior to the application. Such deliverable nullified all the advantages of the product (like its saturation and longevity upon the eyes once applied), thus I gave up on the item after 2 months, and can't recommend it.
