Directions
- Swivel up only 1/8- inch (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying).
- Line eyes.
- Use the smudging tool on the opposite end to gently smudge color to desired effect.
- Allow color to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance.
- Recap securely after using to protect the silky formula.
- Can be used alone or over eyeshadow.

This was the first eyeliner I bought and I chose it for ease of use. I have since repurchased. I have always bought it in the shade #10 Dark Chocolate. The liner glides on and stays put. The colour is strong. You can smudge it out with the smudger end. You really can't go wrong.
You don't get much liner for your money though. The nib allows you to see how much is left. Word of warning though - I am forever putting the wrong lids on the wrongs ends an ruining it.
