Strongest points
Extremely foamy!
Weakest points
Nothing
Summary
John Frieda Frizz Ease Smooth Start shampoo is the best John Frieda shampoo ever. I tried lots of great John Frieda shampoos, but I had one problem all the time with them – they were not really foamy. I have extreme long hair. It means my hair is quite heavy during the washing. John Frieda Frizz Ease shampoo is so much foamy that I needed to use only the half of my usual shampoo amount. John Frieda products are not the cheapest, but you can still save money if you need only the half of the shampoo. I loved the fragrance as well – has a typically lovely John Frieda scent.
John Frieda Frizz Ease Smooth Start Hydrating Shampoo contains Frizz-Mending complex and natural olive oil. I think oils are the secret ingredients to have perfectly looking, healthy hair. This product has also lightweight formulations that won't weigh the hair down but deliver exceptional results. Fights all levels of frizz with added nourishment and a moisture-boost. Leaves parched tresses silky, shiny and highly manageable.

If you want to have as perfect result as possible use John Frieda Frizz Ease Smooth Start Hydrating Conditioner.

I found this felt lovely when using it to wash my hair, really creamy and a nice fresh aroma. I find that if I use this I don't need a conditioner as it is already a heavy shampoo and if I use the conditioner as well it makes my hair limp and heavy and iyt needs washing then next day.

My hair is thick and course and dry so this would be awful for anyone with thin limp hair.

Personally I would not buy this - I got it in a trial - I prefer using more natural products
