This month we have teamed up with Peppy Galore, a natural skincare company based in Bristol, to introduce their newly launched collection of face moisturisers.

The Star Face Moisturiser was created to nourish and protect your skin against the damaging effect of sun and pollution, so that your skin stays soft, healthy and wrinkle free.

Made with with olive, avocado and apricot kernel oils, which are natural sunblocks and packed with vitamins and antioxidants, its delicious scent comes from organic lavender and rose geranium essential oils. These also improve circulation as well as balance the skin’s oil production. This moisturiser is recommended for normal, dry and mature skin types.

Like all Peppy Galore's products, the Star Face Moisturisers are freshly handmade and free from parabens, SLS, SLES, silicons, petrochemicals and other nasty ingredients. They are also not tested on animals; made in the UK and used 100% renewable gas & electricity.

About Peppy Galore

The word Peppy means upbeat; lively and Galore, in great numbers; in abundance. That is, the company name can be freely translated as very lively. A name that is fresh, and not so very serious.

The story of Peppy Galore started a few years ago in Bristol. The city was a source of inspiration for its founder Jessi Frey. She was very fascinated by the many local brands, makers and artists in such a fun and fresh city. She got interested in natural skin care, and decided to try and make some herself. It was love at first attempt. As her skin is very fair and gets easily red and itchy, she was amazed how much better her own natural products felt compared with the usual shop bought stuff she’d used before.

"The idea behind Peppy Galore is to create cosmetics that are fun, contemporary and affordable, but don't cut corners on natural ingredients. Having beautifully scented and packaged skin care is also very important. Just because it's natural, doesn’t mean it needs to be boring!"Jessi says.

Peppy Galore also wants to promote the idea of beauty with an attitude.
