Description

Enter a genie bottle. Groovy, mellowed-out patchouli comes alive in contact with bright grapefruit oil and the vanilla-like sweetness of tonka absolute. This fragrance is a wearable art piece that floats above the flotsam and jetsam of life. Endlessly welcoming, it is a rallying endorsement of the power of inspiration to overcome obstacles; you’re never homeless, only rentless. Tachowa embodies the spirit of “making something out of nothing”. Everything inside his home in the tank were found treasures or gifts. He used these gathered items to make his living space beautiful and his home was a work of art long before it became an art piece.

I love Lush's perfumes and especially love the stories behind their creation:

"Inspired by a man named Tachowa Covington, who lives as a homeless man for 25 years in California. He converted an abandoned water tank into a home H made this his home and collected all kinds of weird and wonderful things inside.

One day Banksy, the graffiti artist decided to adorn this tank home with these words "This Looks a Bit Like an Elephant". Sadly for the home owner this instantly made the tank interesting to potential collectors. It was sold by a construction company and so poor Tachowa lost his home and the life he had built up for himself.

User Reviews

Strongest points
Beautiful scent
Long lasting scent
Unusual warm welcoming aroma
Weakest points
None unless you don't like earthy, warm herby aromas.
Summary
This is one of the latest of Lush's perfume releases. It comes in a solid version and two sizes 30 m and 100 ml in the liquid version.

It is the same scent as the much Metamorphosis Bath Bomb if you have tried that.

It has a warm spicy and peppery sort of smell.
