Carlos Benaim created this fragrance in '89 whilst Pierre Dinand created the bottle which is similar but not as good as his design for the female version the year before. I'm not a fan of the womans version but this one is quite nice. Aquatic and citrus Mandarin, Lavender and Green Botanics top notes. The mid notes are Jasmine, Basil, Geranium and Sage giving this stage a more solid manly scent. The base notes are Sandalwood, Vetiver, Rosewood and Amber making this solidly masculine. I'm sure the older formulation was more powerful and longlasting but this one has limited projection and average longevity. A nice alternative if not a must.
Fresh but masculine scent. Strong but not overpowering. Classic style bottle. Lasts well on the skin and great value for money
This EDT for men is still going strong after 12 years and still a favourite of my husband's. It is a very fresh fragrance but with sandalwood and sage and smells sophisticated. I always know when hubby is wearing this fragrance and it is always commented on when worn
