How to register your delivery address, complete your profile and be followed?

• If your mail is lost, damaged, undelivered or delayed, we’re really sorry but we will not be able to replace or trace it.
• If you are shortlisted for a trial or prize but no delivery address is available, we’re really sorry but we will not be able to request one from you.

To reduce these risks, we would advise you to update your profile with a valid correspondence address at the earliest opportunity. The simple steps below will guide you through the process:

• Step 1: Log in or Register
• Step 2: Go to My Account and then to My Profile Edit menus located at the bottom of every page
• Step 3: Access one of the following tabs:  My Profile to enter your characteristics, My Contact Details to add your address, Follow Me to link to your blog or social media accounts,  My Portrait to manage your avatar, My Threads to customise your forum account.
• Step 4: Click the Update button to save
