Strongest points
Moisturising qualities, antioxidant, anti-ageing product, natural ingredients, pipette dispenser.
Weakest points
More expensive than some family brands, carrier oil smell is off-putting, not as widely available as high street brands.
Summary
Trilogy tends not to add anything extra to their products so you can be sure that what it says is what you will receive. There are no fragrances added to their products. This can be viewed as a plus or a minus. I dislike the smell of carrier oils and I find the odour of the product quite off-putting. This oil comes in a neat, tinted bottle with a pipette to help dispense the product without wastage. It hydrates well and, I have been informed by my aunt, is her secret for her youthful looks. With this firmly in mind, I persevered till the end of the bottle! Rosehip is one product no one can do without and a simple oil after serum and before moisturiser is the ideal way to add this to your daily routine. Oils are multipurpose and can be used anywere on the body. They are great for chafed or dry patches but you should take care if you suffer from eczema as not all products will agree with your skin (but I have had no problems so far). It's a great all rounder.

Strongest points
Easy to apply. Really moisturising and soothing.
Weakest points
The scent could be nicer but as everything is organic and there are no fillers, I would rather this than add extra ingredients.
Summary
The pipette dropper makes this very easy to measure and apply (apart from when you get to the bottom of the bottle). It is fairly easily absorbed and it does exactly what I want it to. It kept my skin hydrated. I've heard that it reduces scarring but I didn't notice this as I only have one chicken pox scar! My make up base glides on after using and it didn't seem to affect the longevity of wear. The price isn't scary-high for this kind of product, I would consider it to be reasonable.

This oil is a permanent fixture in my kit. Go beyond using it as just a facial oil. This organic rosehip oil can be used to condition dry hair ends, to keep the neck and chest smooth and unlined, as a cuticle and hand conditioner and as an all round body oil. Add a few drops to your body lotion or facial moisturiser to enrich it.

The scent isn't unpleasant, but unlike essential oils which most people enjoy the smell of, carrier oils like rosehip have a particular scent that some people dislike. In that case, add a few drops of your favourite essential oil (geranium is an excellent skin e.o.) to improve the fragrance.
