Strongest points
Easy to use bottle, nourishes skin very well and isn't at all greasy.
Weakest points
Price is quite high and the scent is very strong.
Summary
I only used the smallest amount of this oil and it covered my face very well.
The pump was very easy to use and was impressed that only a little came out with each use of the pump, which means nothing was wasted.
I found the oil was easy to massage into the skin and left my skin supple and nourished.
I did find however, the scent was very strong and at times, rather off putting.
The price is also a disadvantage, I find it is rather pricey compared to other face oils that are just as good.
I would recommend it, but only for very dry skin.
I do love the fact it is vegetarian and vegan friendly, which is fantastic for me.

I have been unwell for a while now and was hospitalised. The hospital lights etc and medication made my skin feel dry and look dull. I was lucky enough to be given a trial bottle of The Desert Rose. It immediately began to breath new life back into my face. It was so easy to apply. I just put a few drops on my face and neck and applied using circular motions. It felt and smelt so beautiful. I have really seen a huge improvement since using this product. It is expensive, but a tiny amount goes a long way.

I had never used oils on my face before and have to admit I was wary. But I was delighted with this product. Made from all natural ingredients it smoothed out dehydration lines on my cheekbones caused by medication and central heating. It didn't cause breakouts and my make up stayed in place (both concerns when using oils) Like another reviewer I used the remains on my finger tips on the backs of my hands and for the first time in a while they are smooth in cold weather. There's no crepiness which is a big problem for me in winter and I would buy the product for that alone!

I can understand why some weren't keen on the fragrance as it is noticeable when first applied but I liked it. It reminded me of holidays and lifted my mood acting as an aromatherapy treatment as well as a beauty treatment.

Strongest points
Didn't leave a residue and was absorbed quickly. Fine lines caused by dehydration disappeared. Marks left by chicken pox years ago are much smoother and cant be seen now when I wear make up. No artificial ingredients. The dispenser means little is wasted.
Weakest points
None, I loved it.
Summary
Did what it claimed without causing breakouts or causing make up to slide. Dehydration lines were plumped and three pock marks left by chicken pox have smoothed and are less noticeable.

Strongest points
Great texture and aborbs easily. Packaging is sleek.
Weakest points
I find the scent overpowering - usually I like rose and have even used a pure essential oil before but this has a vegetable quality to it that I did not enjoy using on my face.
Summary
I was really keen to see how a more expensive facial oil would compare to cheaper brands and, truth be told, was a little disappointed not to see more visible results. Yes, it is hydrating and keeps dry skin at bay. It makes your make-up base glide on and is easily absorbed but I have found these results with cheaper products. The packaging is lovely and the pump is efficient however if the brown glass could be a little more transparent then I could see how much is left. Ultimately I have stopped using this as I really dislike the scent and cannot put it on my face any longer. This is a matter of personal preference and I do love rose normally so you must have to be a huge fan to stomach this.

Strongest points
Beautifull packaged, lovely aroma.
I was a little sceptical at first as to why this would be different. From the minute I put some on my finger I loved it. I used to drops and that was enough for my face, decollatage and a little left for my cuticles.
The oil felt fine and luxurious and was easy to use. It went on easily and sunk in quickly. My moisturiser went on easily afterwards and did not feel too heavy and tacky.
My make-up went on quite soon after and stayed put all day.
My skin not only felt hydrated, healthy and luminous it looked it too. I had several comments about my skin, how healthy and well I looked. I was told I looked glowing.
This is a product that really works, and works well.
Value for money as you only need a small amount.
This addition to my beauty routine most definately gave my skin a boost and a glow. Love it.

I would love to try this, as it says it hydrates and brightens, which is what I'm really needing at the moment. I feel my face is so dull, no matter what I've bought to combat it.
