Apply after cleansing and prepping skin with Nutri-Lumière treatment essence to face and neck every night.
• Warm a small amount in your hands to bring to skin temperature which facilitates absorption
• Apply the cream on the skin working from the centre of the face outward and on the neck using the entire surface of the hand
• Use Clarins’ Draining Pressure Method from the centre outwards in order not to move skin tissue.on the cheeks, forehead, neck, and décolleté to enhance circulation, revive radiance and maintain youthful-looking features.

At this price this is not one I will be buying. My three samples lasted me about two weeks and was pleasant enough but not so impressive to make me want to repurchase.
