Directions
1. Start by cleansing your face and neck with the right facial cleanser for your skin type, followed by a face toner.
2. Using both hands, smooth over moisturizer cream across the face in an outward pattern starting from the centre, avoiding the eye contour area.
3. The last skincare step is to apply this anti-aging cream onto the neck.

Summary
Biotherm Blue Therapy Night Cream is a decent choice if you have a dry (extra dry) skin and looking for a deep hydration and good nourishment. The cream is very rich in texture, I'd say, even a bit oily, and it easily glides on the skin. Just a pea-sized amout is enough to cover all the areas. The substance has a pleasant cosmetic scent, reminiscent of marine product. The cream is very slow absorbing, and perhaps this is the main downside of the cream, since it is quite dense and stays upon the skin for a long time. I suspect that if I had combination or oily skin type this cream would be too much and probably comedogenic. It also have dimethicone as ingredient that will lead to dehydration of the skin in the long term if used often.
