Summary
A nice thick mask that covers really well, sinking into the skin and making skin feel nice and moisturised.
I found though, this product like other body shop cream masks, clogged up my pores.
I found washing it off did not clog as much.
Shame really as this is a wonderful mask. Ended up passing it on instead.
I do admit, I prefer the mud masks or masks you peel off.
Cream masks are always too heavy on my skin.

This face moisture mask really is very good! It works efficiently to restore the moisture balance in dehydrated skin and is packaged with vitamin E and oil extracts to sooth, plump and hydrates your complexion. The mask has an unusual consistency. It is s cross between a cream and a gel. When I first saw the texture I felt a little concerned. It is recommended that you apply this liberally to your face and neck and leave for a maximum of 10 minutes. Of course skincare manufacturers will always air on the side of caution. I always work on the principle that if your skin is still absorbing it then leave it longer. One tip with this mask is to not over apply it! Your skin will only take in as much as it needs and if you over apply you can be left with a sticky, greasy residue. I apply this in a thin layer and allow my skin to drink. If certain areas need more I apply a little more and so on…. The fragrance is fresh in a sweet kind of way and when applied it feels very refreshing! The vitamin E and oil extracts nourish and re-hydrate the skin brilliantly. I always remove this mask with a warm damp cloth and my skins feels wonderfully hydrated, supple, soft and plumped. This is a great mask for a pep up before a special occasion. I have never suffered irritation or breakouts from using this.
For me there is one golden rule with any mask….if your skin doesn’t need the extra hydration, don’t use it! Many people slather their faces with masks only to find they suffer excess oil production or breakouts. There is such a thing as overloading the skin and I only use these masks when I know my skin is lacking hydration! If used correctly this pot will last you a long time with excellent results!

I applied this mask to my clean dry face and neck and left it for about 30minutes and wiped off with damp cotton pads.
whilst on my face it felt good not at all irritating uin any way.
afterwards my skin felt really refreshed, soft and nourished.
A lovely hydrating face mask for skins that need moisture put back into their skin
