Directions
Apply twice per day, morning and night, to clean dry skin at the roots of the Brows. Using the applicator provided, work the serum down into the roots, using a back and forth rubbing motion. Wait a few seconds for the saturated roots to dry, then continue with your usual skin care/makeup routine.
