Directions
1. Squeeze a dime sized amount of Gentle Soothing Oatmeal Scrub & Mask onto your fingertips and massage onto damp skin.
2. Spread in small circular motions, applying gentle pressure to wake your skin’s natural circulation.
3. Work all over, right up to your hairline and onto the sides of your nose.
4. When you’re done, rinse and pat dry with a clean towel.
5. Use 3 to 4 times a week (depending on skin) for best results.

We take pride in ensuring the walnut shell powder in our scrubs is finely milled and polished so that each particle has a smooth surface. • Oatmeal: If you've heard of breakfast, you probably already know all about the good-for-you merits of the humble oat. Outside of morning hunger, oatmeal is fantastic for soothing skin. After finely milling and grounding good ol' American oats, we soak the powder in water and filter the extract to use in our scrubs, lotions, and body washes.

Summary
I was sent this for review and instantly like the oaty almondy scent. However, this was far too harsh for use on my face. I have dry but quite resilient skin and this felt horrible. The pieces of exfollient are very scrubby. I will try this on my body so as not to waste it if possible. It also clings to the skin and is hard to get all the pieces washed off.

Summary
This is a gentle facial scruff that isn’t to course so the skin doesn’t get irritated. It can also be used as a mask. Both uses leave the skin super smooth, clean and soft. It really does leave you skin with a lovely glow. I like the part smell of this as it smells really natural and good for the skin. It leaves easy to apply ans also easy to wash of. It sort of creates a little of a lather when washing in it.

This product is a mask and scrub but I am not sure if it means for your face or body. I don't use a mask on my body and I prefer natural scrubs on my face.
