Directions
1. Squeeze a coin-sized amount of Blemish Control Apricot Scrub onto your fingertips and massage onto damp skin.
2. Spread in small circular motions, applying gentle pressure to wake your skin’s natural circulation.
3. Work all over, right up to your hairline and onto the sides of your nose.
4. When done, rinse, pat dry with a clean towel, and glow!
5. Use 3 to 4 times a week (depending on skin) for best results.

I would only use this once a week or less on my face as I am older and now only have T zone greasiness. I do prefer Lush scrubs but this is one that keeps well and I do use on my nose area as I have quite large pores and want to ensure they are cleaned and also to get rid of dead skin.
This brightens and tones my skin and I also use it on the tops of my ams and under my boobs where my bra sits as both areas get slight raised skin there and I like to try and keep my skin smooth.

I really liked this product for it's no nonsense approach. It's a scrub that is reasonable priced, smells great and will give your skin a boost if used regularly .
Last year I received a free tube to trial and I loved it. Not just because it was free; which was great. But for the instant results it produced. My skin felt softer and appeared brighter. I liked the texture of the scrub and felt that it went to work soon as I applied it.
This is a staple product in my bathroom now.

The effectivness of the product it gets rid of dry skin patches after one use also i get the odd spot on my chin that normally leaves me slighley scarred but after using this for a week (once a day) whilst having a spot,the results at the end of the week is no spot and no scar!!

if i had to pick anything it would be the smell its pleasant but not as nice as the original st ives scrup which smells of apricot.
