Description

Removing dead skin cells isn't supposed to hurt. Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant buffs all debris from the skin while feeding the skin with soothing, detoxifying ingredients. This unique, Rice-based enzyme powder activates upon contact with water, releasing active ingredients into your skin without a hint of irritation.
Key benefits:
• Gentle enough for daily use.
• Removes dulling surface debris to reveal brighter, smoother skin and stimulate cell renewal for improved suppleness.
• Helps balance uneven pigmentation for a more even complexion.
• The perfect daytime companion to nighttime use of Daily Resurfacer.

Directions

Dispense about a half-teaspoon of Daily Microfoliant into very wet hands and create a creamy paste by rubbing hands together. Apply to face in circular motions, avoiding the eye area. Massage gently for one minute, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with Multi-Active Toner or Soothing Protection Spray and prescribed Dermalogica Moisturizer. Not recommended for users of medically-prescribed exfoliation products. Do not use on skin that is sunburned, irritated, sensitive or has recently been waxed.

Summary
I have been lucky to get Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant sample as an extra from B.O.T. team. Being a person very distrustful of using any scrubs or related products on my face to say the least (had quite a negative experience in the past), I, frankly speaking, procrastinated a while before testing this microfoliant. Imagine my surprise when it has not only done me any harm, but actually produced impressive results! It is a powdery substance (like flour mixed with tiny sugar particles) with an odd odour that had to be rubbed between the very wet hands (this part was tricky since no exact amount had been specified anywhere on the same and it took me a bit to get the procedure right) to produce a fine layer of foam which furthermore is lightly rubbed into the skin and washed off after that. It truly reminded me of my husband's shaving ritual - the thin layer of foam was just the same. This foam peeled off old and dead cells from my most problematic face areas (namely, under the cheekbones, where those tend to aggregate the most) leaving the skin porcelain-like and like that of a baby. Three evenings in a row of using this microfoliant have already contributed to a smoother, suppler skin and healthier look.
I will definitely consider buying a full sized item in future.

Strongest points
Amazing results on my very sensitive skin. Expensive but well worth it as it lasts and can be used daily without stressing or over drying delicate areas.
Weakest points
Smells pretty vile ?
Summary
Great addition to my skincare regime as generally steer clear of exfoliating products due to having sensitive skin prone to redness. Leaves it soft and supple.

Strongest points
Is highly effectlive mild scrub and it feels like you've just done a facial - it gives you that good of a feeling!
Weakest points
The procedure of mixing the powder with water can indeed sometimes be tricky..but do-able.
Summary
A great exfoliant for people with sensitive skin who want a potent cleanser, exfoliant and moisturizer all in one.
It can easily be used in salons for facials - it is very good.

Strongest points
It's a great gentle exfoliator and leaves the skin so soft, smooth and clean. The exfoliating grains dissolve with the water and turns into a foam type cleanser. It's good for everyday use but if your looking for a more harsh scrub then this probably isn't for you.
Weakest points
The only down side is that with the bottle, if any moisture reaches the area the product comes out, it can make it clump together and get stuck.
Summary
I really love this exfoliator and it's definitely one of my favourites.

This is a fine powder which you dispense from a sifter into your hands whilst hands are wet. I find this method can be a wee bit hit and miss, too much water usually being the case, but I just slap it on my face before it trickles down the plug hole!the exfoliant is extremely gentle but you can feel it working and I felt it left my skin feeling very clean. As for value for money, it is expensive but a little does go a long way and so will last a good while. After use my skin felt smother and there was no dryness or irritation.
