Summary
I received a travel sized version of this product which is packaged differently from the full sized version. The light textured cream has an intense fragrance which overwhelms and relaxes the senses instantly. It would be a good part of the evening regimen to help promote sleep. The fragrance is long-lasting and the product is hydrating and soothing to dry, sensitive skin.
The packaging and the shopping experience in the store is gorgeous. It smells fragrant and pretty and sinks in well, leaving skin nourished and fresh looking all night
Weakest points
For me this cream is perfect! Perhaps the fact that if you don't live near a NYR store, it has to be bought by mail order, which involved costly packaging when the containers are glass, is a disadvantage.
I dont know about the anti aging effects because i aged 3 years when i saw the price. But being a neal yards fan i thought i,d give it a go. The packagings nice but pretty basic, blue jar which is supposed to defect the light to keep the product fresh. All in all though its a great moisturiser, a bit oily but that suits my dry skin, best use is to go to bed with it on as it leaves your skin refreshed and soft, and although its very expensive you only need a small amount so that little pot lasts for ages
