A really nice product to have. The ethos of the company makes it particularly attractive. There may be more clinically effective products out there in this price range, but you'd be hard pressed to find one made with such care, and such a joy to pamper yourself with.
The scent is gorgeous, and makes it feel like giving yourself a treat every time you use it.
Not the cheapest, and takes a little time to absorb.
This is lovely to use. The scent and texture are lovely; it feels really luxurious. The packaging is pretty, and the pump works well, allowing you to use just the right amount. It left my skin feeling soft, comfortable, and fresh. It's certainly not the cheapest moisturiser, but a little goes a long way, and given how pleasant it is to use, it's worth the price. I adore the scent of roses, and this gave me a little lift every time I used it.
To start with the packaging is really luxurious. The box is pretty and I find my eyes drawn to the pinkness of it.
The bottle is like no other I have used before (perhaps I need to widen my horizons in beauty products) I absolutely LOVE the pump action, perfect for not wasting a drop, and waste is normally a big issue for me. I can put some on my hands and end up doing my face, neck, hands and arms as I squeeze too much out. This pump action is perfect. See how many pumps is enough for your face and neck, and hey presto - you have the right amount each time.
The cream itself is lovely, thick and creamy. After putting it on my face I still feel nice and smooth, and it really does give a plumped up feeling.
The smell is very much like powdered rose. It reminds me of Turkish Delight - and as I love Turkish Delight the fragrance makes me smile.
Organic and Natural ingredients. Not tested on animals. Packaging - specifically the pump action dispenser.
Probably the price. £24 is quite a lot for a moisturiser (in my opinion) BUT it will go a long way if used correctly.
This product is lush - I will definitely be looking for more of the Melvita range to try.
Organic product, not tested on animals, fair traded product, richly hydrating.
More expensive than high street brands, slow absorbtion.
The ethos of this company is excellent, and they strive to produce an excellent product at a reasonable price. Although more costly than high street brands this product represents good value for money.
When applied to the skin, there is a sensation of the skin saying 'aaah', as a result of the hydration it receives, rather like the the body feels when getting into a relaxing bath. The cream is soothing on the skin and smooth to the touch, of a viscosity that spreads easily without being too liquid.
On dry skin, this product was not instantly absorbed and a slight sheen was detectable for some time following application, but not unpleasantly so.
Great quality product but it wouldn't be my first choice.

The pump action allows for small amounts to be used, great texture, works well
The price and the fragrance
This is clearly a great quality product and it feels really nice to use. I love the simple pump action which means that you can use the minimum amount you need. It absords really well and feels very nice. The only but is the rose fragrance. I completely understand that that's the point of Necat de Roses but it's just not what I would use every day.
I have been using this cream for a week now and found it to be a really good product that absorbed well, leaving no film of cream on my skin. Only the tiniest amount is required so the tube should last a long time, so although pricey, works out quite cheap considering amount needed.
I love Melvita products and would recommend them to others. However, the smell of this cream was a bit overpowering for me so I will not be buying it. I prefer citrus smells to rose, so if you like rose it is definitely for you.
I loved the packaging and how easily this product absorbed.
