Arctic Hydra Care [Arktis] Moisture & Relief Rich Day Cream helps revitalize & comfort dehydrated or skin prone to extreme dryness. This formula contains soothing Nordic bilberry, oat and canola oils combined with a moisture-locking Beta complex helps restore skin’s moisture levels for a lasting and intense re-hydration and relief from feeling of tightness. It provides thermal stress-protection against dehydration caused by temperature changes to reduce the appearance of dryness-induced redness. Developed in co-operation with Finnish Allergy, Skin and Asthma Federation, this fragrance-free formula is suitable for dry and sensitive skin.
Directions
Apply to face and neck after cleansing or after Arctic Hydra Care Oleo-serum. Apply 30 minutes before going outdoors.

Summary
This feels like it has a strong dairy base as it smells creamy and feels like a whipped soft cheese. It is a decent moisturiser but I wouldn't say, for the premium price, that it is any better than some high street offerings.,
