Strongest points
+ light textured
+ hydrating
+ addresses minor fine lines
+ perfect for dry skin
+ economical in use
Weakest points
- takes time to absorb
- silicones in the ingredients
- no SPF
Summary
Clinique Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief is a nice gel cream with a light texture and a barely distinguishable odour. It goes great for dry skin, generating intense miniaturization and keeping the skin plump and supple. It also deals with a web of fine lines due to the fact that the skin becomes more hydrated and 'saturated'/ However, I would recommend using it in the evening since 1) it absorbs rather slowly and will not do as a pre-make up tool, 2) it has no SPF protection to be used during the day especially in summer. It is also a product that is very sparingly used (in fact that is a plus taking into account that it is not cheap). It has silicones among its ingredients, so I would advise alternate it with other similar items i.e. not to use it every day.

Strongest points
I suffer from very dry skin, and bought this after receiving a sample from Debenhams,
my skin quickly felt soft and I had no more dry flakes, Non greasy, just sinks in and my skin feels lovely, my foundation is easy to apply over it...The gel like texture is great for normal/oily skin and keeps spots under control. Highly recommend to anyone who suffers with dry skin,
Weakest points
pricey

Strongest points
It really feels like a treatment for very dry skin. Quenches the thirst so to speak, and you do not need to use much. My skin felt better immediately and after 2 days looked so much more hydrated.
Weakest points
It says it is scent free, but it actually does have smell, slightly medicated smell. It is very discreet though.
Summary
It is great value for money. Although a bit pricey, but it really does what it promises. The jar I had lasted me for a few months, as only a tiny bit is needed and the texture is very light. I really recommend this if you have dry skin.

Strongest points
I use this as a mask, once a week, in the winter. I also dab it onto my skin as a pick-me-up, over the top of makeup, to plump up lines and give me a glow. As a moisturiser, it's not creamy enough for my mature skin, but it earns its place on my bathroom shelf for its brilliant ability as an emergency plumper!
Weakest points
I think it's generally for under-40s
Summary
Good emergency plump-up-wake-up cream for stressed and tired skin
