I love the philosophy behind Burt's Bees and the fact that they use 98% natural ingredients but they are not cheap and you get very small quantities too.

I was pleased to see that this gave me a factor 15 sun protection as we were in Madagascar when I was using this. The sun protection comes from Titanium dioxide and zinc oxide which act to reflect the sun's harmful UVA/UVB rays. This is one of the products that is only 98.2% natural so I am not sure if the sun protection ingredients are the not natural ones. The main beneficial ingredients in Royal jelly from bees and is known to be good for the skin.
The product smelled quite pleasant and I liked it. It was very thin as it was a lotion not a cream but it soaked in quickly and felt nice on my face. I had not nasty reaction after using this and it did keep me from burning in the mild sun when we were walking around. I wouldn’t use this is I was going out in strong sun, sunbathing or going out on a boat as it is only factor 15 protection.

Weakest points
I have had bigger samples free from companies and I paid good money for this! I am not sure I would pay nearly £20 for the full sized product though as you only get 2fl oz in the full sized tube.
Summary
A nice day cream with SPF 15 but it is not a cheap option at £20 for 2fl oz
Would you recommend this product?
Yes
The price is a little high, however I loved using it.
It was quite thin for a moisturiser, absorbed superbly and left skin feeling soft.
As for spf, I still burned a little using this. But I burn easily anyway.
Lovely scent as per for burts bees.
Wouldn't really recommend at the price as I have paid less and got more out of moisurisers. If on offer... yes!
