MuLondon Organic Rose, Rosehip & Rosemary Face Moisturiser Hot

I won this one (along with the Hemp Moisturizer) in a giveaway some time ago. I gave this as a gift to my mother-in-law, and she liked it a lot! She keeps saying 'thank you' to me for this ^_^

Just from reading the product information you can see what a high quality concoction it is. To contain 100% organic ingredients which haven't been watered down in the slightest is a breath of fresh air.

I love the glass jar with silver screw lid, it gives a quality feel which makes this the perfect gift for a friend or even yourself. The ingredients are listed fully on the label which shows Mu London's confidence in the brand and it's ingredients.

The smell is subtle but distinctively rose like and the texture reminds me of butter. It's soft, rich and very creamy. With a bit of heat the cream transforms into a clear oil which glides on the skin and sinks in with little effort.

This leaves the skin soft with a plump look and feel. Don't let the oily texture put you off; it's not greasy one bit - UNLESS you slap too much on then you get left with an oily film; a little goes a very long way.

I slathered some onto my fiancees shin as he suffers with an itchy rash and it soothed it somewhat and stopped it from itching.

Very effective with multi uses this is a new favourite of mine which I can recommend 100%

I was absolutely delighted to have the opportunity to try this beautiful moisturizer from MuLondon. My complexion tends be suffer regular hormonal breakouts and irritation as well as being on the nature side where ageing is a concern. I consistently find that rose based products are highly effective on calming my skin when it’s irritated whilst providing deep and lasting moisturisation for the dehydrated areas of my skin.
The moisturizer has a balm like texture and is slightly off white in colour. It is housed in a simple practical glass jar with a sturdy, easy to open screw top lid. Whilst some users may claim that this product is expensive for such a small jar I immediately discovered that the product is so highly concentrated I did not even need the suggested ‘pea size’ of product for both one facial application and my décolleté. A tiny amount of products warmed between the palms simply melts into a wonderful oil like moisturizer that spreads easily and indulgently on the skin. The fragrance is very subtle; I can certainly detect the herbal notes of rosemary and the subtle rose fragrance which is utterly indulgent for the skin and the senses. The jojoba oil, coconut butter and shea butter melt into the skin and I noted an instant radiance after each application. My skin feels smooth, deeply nourished, calmed and deeply moisturized with just a tiny amount of product. At first I was dubious as the product left a slightly oily sheen on my skin but within a maximum of 3 minutes my skin simply drinks in the product with no greasy or sticky residue. The cream provides a wonderful smooth base for makeup and causes no slippage during the day.
I noted after several days of use that my skin was calmed, smoother and more radiant and any areas of hormonal acne have all but diminished and my skin has suffered no excessive oil production or irritation. There has been a significant reduction over a period of 3 weeks in my fine lines, particularly around the lip and forehead area. His product is a perfect daily moisturizer but at night my skin seems to benefit the most from this moisturizer. Each morning my complexion looks plumped, hydrated and smoothed and this result has been consistent throughout use. After 3 weeks of constant usage, day and night I am still only a third of the way through the jar so I am delighted at the value for money that this little pot provides. With the remnants of product left on my hands after application I have used this product on the backs of my hands. Your skin simply drinks it in and it goes a very long way as a hand product too. It seems to provide a protective barrier that smoothes and plumps up areas of dry skin.
The only slight suggestion that I would make is that the balm like consistency can make this product a little messy and awkward to remove from the jar and also difficult to remove the product without wastage. Therefore I would personally be delighted to see some sort of small spatula provided with the jar for ease of dispense.
The biggest draw for me is that this moisturizer is 100% organic and pure and the product is both indulgent and highly effective on my middle age, somewhat problematic complexion. I have been delighted with the results I have seen from this product and I can recommend this moisturizer with 100% confidence. It simple is a ‘wonderful, multi-tasking, pretty, petite pot that packs a punch!’
