Description

Ideal for normal to dry skin, the Immortelle Precious cream is a rich, smooth moisturiser which visibly corrects deep wrinkles and improves firmness. Non comedogenic. Tolerance dermatologically tested.
The combination of organic immortelle and organic immortelle cell extracts offers:
- Smoother skin: Immortelle stimulates collagen production, which helps fill in deep wrinkles and restructure the epidermis for smoother skin.
- Firmer skin: The support network of the skin is reinforced.
- Younger skin: Micro-circulation is boosted to stimulate cell renewal. Skin is protected from free radicals.
The epidermis is re-invigorated, soft and comfortable. Skin is smoother and firmer, its youthfulness is prolonged.
Proven results:
- Consumer test on 53 women after 4 weeks: Skin is smoothed (87%) and looks younger (78%) immediately. With continued use, deep wrinkles become less pronounced (70%) and skin slackening is reduced (77%).
- Effectiveness test on 53 women over 4 weeks: Proven effectiveness on reduction of length and depth of wrinkles.

I am Imortelle?

I like the cream and it was pleasant and smells quite sweet and fresh but I don't think I personally would buy it at full price as it did nothing more than other creams I have used that are a lot cheaper and more natural too.I also prefer to buy British when I can so MuLondon and beyond Organics are two companies with great ethical, natural products that are cheaper and I found just as good as this . So yes it is a nice one and I can't say I would NOT recommend but there are many others I prefer

User Reviews

Strongest points
Neat pot, ethical company
Weakest points
They do sell in China so are losing their leaping bunny symbol - not as ethical as they were.

Expensive compared to cheaper equally effective brands
Summary
This is a soft easily absorbed face cream that doesn't leave my face feeling greasy and moisturises it well

Time Will Tell

I got a 15 ml jar of this in a French beauty box I subscribe to. L'Occitane claim it "visible corrects" deep wrinkles and restores firmness. Furthermore it "helps diminish the appearance of wrinkles and maintain skin’s quality and smoothness, while helping even skin tone and relieve puffiness."

Its a lovely cream to use and for such a rich formula, it hasn't made my skin feel greasy. I'm concerned with loss of tone around my mouth, jaw and neck and while its a bit early to say with certainty that Precious Cream does what it claims, early indications are good. My skin certainly looks good while using it; fresh and toned. I'm big on proper cleansing before moisturising, so that may make a difference to some users if your not doing that prior to applying the Precious cream.

I'm doing a bit of experimentation and not using a serum under this or a separate eye cream as I want to see if it can hold its own without help from other products. The price point (£45/50ml), isn't unreasonable provided your happy with the results. L'Occitane is about mid-range in the organic/natural skincare market which has some really expensive brands in it. Two or three come to mind right off the bat, and L'Occitane is very reasonable from that point of view.

This cream is made with good ingredients and proven formulas, all in attractive packaging. I've never been disappointed with this brand in the past, so I expect I will be pleased with the longer term results from using the Immortelle Precious cream.

Hydrating cream

User Reviews

Strongest points
Good fragrance, good company ethics, good skin benefits, widely available.
Weakest points
More expensive than family brands.
Summary
This product comes in a good quality, attractive glass jar with a metal screw cap. The texture of the cream is medium and it is absorbed easily by the skin. It offers good hydration and additional benefits to the skin. This cream does not have the strong odour of the immortelle cream and may be more acceptable to some.

Luxurious face cream...expensive but worth it (if you have the money)

I like this a lot, however I can't justify paying the price.

It has a nice subtle fragrance which, in my opinion, has a calming effect.
You don't need a lot as it goes a long way (which is positive when you look at the price).

It doesn't leave a greasy sheen on your face as it sinks in well. I put the cream into the palm of my hands so that the heat makes it easier to use, thus covering all of the face.

It leaves your skin soft, plump and silky. Some time after using you can still feel it doing its job which is a rare thing.
