I do like Burt's Bees products and admire the fact that they are not tested on animals and created from bee products but I do feel they are expensive.
This is a nice enough face wash with a very gentle exfoliator element to it but it is really only that a face wash and I feel for the money I want more as I can get this sort of face wash from many other brands.
It feels nice and leaves my face feeling clean but in need of toning and moisturising so no better than Soap and glory or other much cheaper brands in my view.
Ive been indifferent about burts and bee's products but this cleanser definitely restored faith. It should be called morning fresh cleanser as I feel it leaves skin with that cool fresh feeling like you get when you wash your mouth with listerine (sorry only comparison I could think of). Skin feels and looks lovely after rinsing off too.

The cream is quite thick and can be hard to spread across dry skin. It washes off easily (I used a hot flannel) and leaves skin feeling very clean and not stripped. Skin was left cleansed but as it was labelled "deep cleansing", I was expecting it to attack pores, spots, blackheads etc. It didn't and is definitely just a cleanser not a mask or treatment.
I would not repurchase this as I prefer an oil or balm cleanser and this was hydrating enough for my very dry skin. It can't be used to remove eye make-up either and I choose two-in-ones.
