Directions

It could be me but the formula appears to have a certain illuminating factor to it that you can almost clearly see results right away upon your first washing. It’s rather interesting how good a job it does bringing your skin back to some normal level. Over time you may experience some signs of lightening however I don’t believe it’ll bring your skin down a shade or two. I feel like it’s more of a treatment for erasing damage and removing any dull areas, brightening them up and creating more of a fresher appearance.

Ingredients

Paraffinum Liquidum / Mineral Oil, Isopropyl Myristate (thickening), C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate (Emolient), PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate (fatty acid used in facial cleansers),Dicaprylyl Carbonate (A solid plant-derived fat. It is a good emollient and does not leave an oily film on the skin.), Ethyl Oleate (fatty acid) , Prunus Yedoensis Leaf Extract (Cherry tree), Hydrolyzed Prunus Domestica (extract derived from prunes, inhibits skin darkening ), Sea Water (Kalium, Sodium, Calcium, Magnesium), Arginine, Polysorbate 85, Sorbitan Trioleate, Glycerin, Tocopheryl Acetate, Citric Acid, Caprylyl Glycol, Hexyl Cinnamal, Menthoxypropanediol, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Linalool, Benzyl Salicylate, Parfum/Fragrance

Summary
I have a trial size of this - 50ml. It came in a clear bottle with a screw lid. This is handy to see how much product is left but quite fiddly.
The oil is thin but not too runny. It is just about thick enough to be used for facial massage and then emulsifies well with a few drops of water. It did not sting my eyes. The oil removed make-up really well, including eyes and my skin felt clean but not dry or tight.
The scent is very mild, more like a baby product, not at all like essential oils.
The title of the product implies it will brighten your skin. I did not notice this but I probably don't have the right skin type for this.
It is expensive but the bottle lasted months. If you can pick up the small size it would be good for travel (and was, didn't leak).
Overall, there are cleansing oils I prefer which cost half the price, which is why I wouldn't recommend it.
