The instructions are in Spanish and the instructions from Birchbox are different online than in the box. The leaflet advised removing with water, so I used this as a hot cloth cleanser rather than using cotton wool.
It worked really well as a hot cloth cleanser, it is light and easily worked into skin. The scent is orangey and creamy, really nice. After massaging in, I removed it with a flannel or muslin cloth and hot water. This effectively removed my make-up.
It would be a perfect product if it was safe to use to remove eye make-up. It may be but as they instructions are in Spanish, there is no way of knowing. This also makes it hard to purchase.
