Summary
With all hot cloth cleansers, I feel you have to compare them to the original...Liz Earle. The price difference between these isn't too huge for this to be unfair.
Both have a strong aromatherapy oil scent, perhaps Liz Earles is nicer. The M&S one is quite earthy.
The smooth cream texture is identical. It applies easily.
The tube packaging is very functional.
I found this cleanser to really struggled with eye make up and mascara completely withstood it. Liz Earle would have demolished it.
Having said all that, I would recommend Liz Earle above this to most people, but for me Liz Earle is too harsh and leaves my skin dry and tight. This was much gentler and would make a great second cleanse.
