Summary
This is a pharmaceutical product aimed at those suffering sensitive skin. It hydrates and soothes, having good company ethics. Having spent most of my life not being able to use scented products I feel a little switched off by the the product's lack of fragrance, seeing it rather as utilitarian than as something I crave to use. However it delivers the service required for those in need, but I would not personally switch from using aqueous cream to using this product.

Summary
I recently receive two samples of Eucerin and my husband has trialled these products for me. He works outside all year round and after the winter cold his skin suffers terribly. He can be sensitive to moisturisers so we were eager to try these products. The balm is a very similar texture to Vaseline and is a thick consistency with no colour or fragrance. Over the winter, the cold and damp has taken its toll on his cheeks, lips and hands. He has been using this balm as a spot treatment for the most sensitive and dry areas. You only need a tiny spot of balm to treat the face and the product absorbs well and leaves a protective barrier on the skin. Unfortunately there is a greasy residue but this is the nature of the product.. Within a few days his dry, sore and chapped skin is healed and fully hydrated again. We were very impressed with the speed at which this balm resolved the issues. He has also used it on the backs of his hands and he now how moisture and suppleness back in the skin. The trial product was small but we have already purchased a full size of this balm for future use. Highly recommended

My daughter has eczema and has tried many products including this particular cream.
It absorbs well into skin and is kind and gentle on even the most sensitive skin to leave it moisturised and soft.
Skin felt soothed after use and healed pretty quickly
recommend :)
