It is great for spots, just dab a tiny bit straight on the spot.
I put it in my bath when I have a cold and also put it on a hanky when i have a cold as it helps clear my nose.
I put it on cuts and sores and depending on the wound i sometimes dilute it and sometimes use it neat.
You can put it in a burner with water when you have a cold. Put it in hot water and a steamer too also for a cold, just hold your face over the steam with a towel over your head.
i find it great for insect bites too as it stops them itching and also tends to put off insects from biting too but it doesn't claim that benefit.
A bottle lasts forever and it never goes off.
