Directions
Bio-Oil should be applied to the affected areas, twice daily, for a minimum of 3 months. Bio-Oil does not contain a sunscreen factor. If using a sunscreen apply once Bio-Oil has been fully absorbed. Results will vary from individual to individual. Suitable for all ages and skin types. Bio-Oil is a "dry" oil which is non-greasy and non-staining.
Ingredients
Bio-Oil contains Vitamin A and Vitamin E, Calendula, Lavender and Rosemary oils, and Chamomile extract. Bio-Oil contains no preservatives.

Summary
My first impression of bio oil is that it would help clear my acne scars and make skin more moisturized,i thought that this would work on my acne scars , i applied some to my face and felt very greasy, it absorbed into my skin quite slowly and overtime it didn't do much other than moisturize my face and i really didn't like my face feeling oily, i don't use it as much other than using a small amount just to moisturize my skin and it does have a lovely scent of lavender and rosemary which i think smells absolutely wonderful but i would't recommend this product. Overall it was good to keep my skin moisturized but it didn't help with the scars.

It is an oil, for me did not work. I used daily bases, it not absorbed easily to my skin, my hands became extremely oil and it was hard to deal with the situation. I think this product do not worth any money.

I bought it yesterday and I applied last night to see how it's gonna work for my acne scars. when I woke up this morning, I found that my face had rushes everywhere and it broke me out on my cheeks and it has no effect on fading my scars. My suggestion is not to apply it on your face because I only put few drops on my cheek and it felt so greasy. Never gonna buy it again!!!

Summary
It makes my skin really soft and has helped to prevent stretch marks, it can be applied to dry skin but I use it after a shower on wet skin to lock in extra moisture, I will definitely continue to use this in the future. An added bonus is it helps to reduce the appearance of scars and stretch marks, I would highly recommend this, despite it's high price, you don't need to use much so it lasts a few months.

Summary
I have used this twice in my life, once many years ago when I noticed I was getting some stretch marks on my belly - it cleared them with one bottle's use. I am back using it religiously now I am pregnant (6 months as I type). I have very dry skin and it has really eased the discomfort of stretch marks as well as healing them up. I use this in the morning and a butter at night and I'm on my third bottle. Perhaps a criticism would be that you do go through a bottle quickly. It does hydrate my skin too however I couldn't vouch for any of the other claims it makes and I've never used it on an area other than my belly.
The smell is inoffensive, doesn't stick around but is pleasant when using. It does feel greasy when applying but absorbs fairly quickly.
