* It does seem to stop my nails splitting and breaking so easily
* Gives a nice shine to bare nails

* After a few days I find it peels off so I have to re apply
* Not as good as another brand I bought on amazon but sadly cannot find again.
* Doesn't seem to actually strengthen the nails - it just adds a coat which is strengthening.
