If you like it fruity and if you like it black this is the one for you. Our hardcore skin scrub, which still manages to protect your skin whilst it’s dealing out its punishment.
We’ve got some real scrubbers in here – powdered charcoal and pumice whip away dead skin. But because there is only so much punishment you can take, we’ve put cocoa butter and macademia nut oil to kiss the skin better. Cocoa butter gives a rich moisture to the skin, whilst macademia nut oil is emollient, nourishing and helps promote healthy cell formation. So the new skin you are left with has plenty of help.
The experience is rounded off with a cheeky berry fruit fragrance. Bergamot oil is uplifting, refreshing and clears the mind. Cassis absolute is the oil of blackcurrants. Cypress oil has toning properties on the skin and is said to be calming in times of emotional stress.
You’ll be covered in charcoal and look like a chimney sweep whilst you are using this, but you’ll step out of the shower or bath with clean mind and skin tingling with newness.
Named from a line in the song, The House of Blue Lights by Ella Mae Morse, but we find ourselves singing a bit of Doris Day in the shower whilst we use this.
Have one final dip, then you are ready to hop out and dry off, all polished and buffed
This is a really scrubby scrub that also softens the skin with lovely butters and oils. BUT iyt is only really usable in the shower as it makes the water and you lovely and black with charcoal. In the shower it rinses off and down the drain. In the bath you get it in the water and and the bath gets filthy looking and needs washing out so not really a great idea.
