I love the smell of S&G bath gels and this is no exception, not quite a girly sweet as others . This is a bit more grown up with a more exotic with deeper woodier aroma in this. Like other S&G bath/shower gels this lasts forever and comes in a plastic recyclable bottle with a squirty nozzle so sits on the side of my bath. I love the smell and it froths well and feels nice and creamy too. My skin keeps the smell for some time after drying and feels soft and not at all tight and dry after using this. This is one of their best products , I do feel their shower/bath gels are their classics and the products they do best. I also love their sense of humour with the names and the retro 1950s packaging and pictures.
I can usually take or leave the soap and glory brand as sometimes they are a bit hit and miss but i liked the idea of the dispenser and the price of this bubble bath/shower gel.
I was not expecting more than the usual scent but i really like the scent of this one,the dispenser means easy dispensing into the bath or onto shower puff in the shower with no wastage.
It lathers up really well and leaves skin feeling really soft clean and with a gorgeous subtle scent.
A great product at a great price
Also love the vintage packaging and quirky names :)
This shower gel is absolutely gorgeous! I got this very recently in a Boots promotion and was unsure what to expect. The bottle is the usual S&G retro style and is dark pink in colour. It has a sanitary and practice pump dispense lid which is perfect for the bathroom. The gel has a creamy white consistency and you do not need much to produce masses of creamy bubbles. The fragrance is stunning! It as a mixture of citrus fruits, florals and musky woods which smell so delicious an exotic I find myself dispensing more jus for the fragrance. It foams beautifully in the bath also. The gel contains peppermint and grapeseed oils with seal the moisture into your skin without leaving it feeling dry or tight. This bottle is a large size and highly concentrated so it lasts a very long time. If you have not yet tried the ‘Fruitigo’ fragrance from Soap and Glory this is an excellent pace to start!
